1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Snip Trader, including the website, accounts, chart screenshot analysis, generated results, support, and related services.
By using the service you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Snip Trader. "Snip Trader," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the Snip Trader service and the people who operate it.
2. What Snip Trader does
Snip Trader is software that helps you analyze chart screenshots and understand possible trade setups. Its educational output can include the detected ticker, price structure, support and resistance, possible entries, stop zones, targets, reward-to-risk, scores, options context, and plain-English explanations.
Snip Trader exists to make chart analysis easier to follow. It does not open brokerage accounts, carry out trades, hold money, manage portfolios, guarantee results, or make decisions for you.
3. Not financial advice
Snip Trader is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, research analyst, tax adviser, lawyer, or fiduciary. The service is for education and information only.
Nothing on Snip Trader is financial or investment advice, a trade recommendation, a solicitation, an offer to buy or sell securities, or a promise about future results.
You are fully responsible for your own trading, investing, research, risk management, account choices, and financial outcomes. Speak with a licensed financial professional before making financial decisions.
Markets are risky. Stocks, options, and other financial products can lose value fast. Never trade money you can't afford to lose.
4. Who can use the service
You must be able to enter a legally binding agreement to use Snip Trader. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Snip Trader only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Snip Trader if the law prohibits you from doing so, if we have previously banned your account, or if your use would break these Terms.
5. Accounts and sign-in
Some features need an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. We aren't responsible for losses from unauthorized access caused by a failure to secure your device, email, password, sign-in provider account, or session.
If you finish onboarding or buy a plan as a guest before signing in, a temporary guest record stores your purchase and settings. When you sign in with a supported provider, that record, including any active plan, is attached to your account. Sign in on the same device or link you used at checkout so your purchase connects correctly.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service responsibly and lawfully. Don't use it in ways that harm other users, damage the platform, break the law, or try to get around security.
- Don't use Snip Trader for anything illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful.
- Don't try to hack, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
- Don't upload malware, exploit code, illegal material, private data you have no right to use, or anything that violates someone else's rights.
- Don't impersonate anyone or open accounts with false or misleading details.
- Don't resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit Snip Trader without our written permission.
- Don't treat Snip Trader output as a guaranteed signal or a market promise.
- Don't present Snip Trader as your financial adviser, broker, trading firm, or money manager.
7. Your uploads
You can upload chart screenshots and related inputs for analysis. You confirm that you have the right to upload whatever you submit and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
Don't upload screenshots that show sensitive personal information, account numbers, balances, private keys, passwords, brokerage logins, confidential documents, or anything you don't want the service to process.
You keep ownership of what you upload. By uploading, you give Snip Trader a limited license to process, store, display, analyze, and use it as needed to run, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
8. AI and model-generated results
Snip Trader may use automated systems, models, heuristics, and other software to produce analysis. Results can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on a misread chart, and may not account for news, liquidity, spreads, volatility, account limits, earnings, halts, macro events, or other conditions.
Check every result yourself before relying on it. Don't treat any result as a guaranteed prediction, a final answer, personal financial advice, or an instruction to enter or exit a trade.
Similar inputs can produce different results, and different users may receive different analysis. Use generated content as a research and learning aid, not a replacement for your own judgment.
9. Simulated, hypothetical, and example content
Some examples, screenshots, scan results, breakdowns, statistics, win rates, performance figures, account balances, testimonials, activity notifications, usernames, charts, and other illustrative content on Snip Trader, including on the marketing site, in onboarding, in previews, and in demos, may be simulated, hypothetical, representative, or created for demonstration, design, testing, education, or promotion.
That content is not real customer results, proven profitability, or live trading outcomes. It exists only to show how the product works or to illustrate hypothetical scenarios. Real results vary a great deal and can include losses.
10. No guarantee of profit
Snip Trader does not guarantee profit, success, account growth, win rates, accuracy, consistency, or any positive outcome. Mentions of performance, opportunities, signal accuracy, or trading outcomes are not guarantees and should not be relied on as assurances.
Past, hypothetical, and example results do not indicate future results.
11. Plans, billing, and payments
Snip Trader offers paid plans, such as a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase. The price, billing period (if any), renewal terms, and included features are shown at checkout and in the product. Prices and plans can change, but changes never apply to a billing period or one-time purchase you've already paid for.
Some checkouts may include a trial, either free or for a small introductory fee charged at sign-up. If you start a trial, your payment method is saved and your plan bills at the regular price when the trial ends unless you cancel first. The trial length, any introductory fee, and the amount charged afterward are shown at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; canceling stops future renewals but doesn't cut short the period you've paid for.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor, such as Stripe. We don't store full card numbers on our own servers, and the processor has its own terms and privacy policy.
Promo codes and discounts, when offered, apply only as described at checkout and can be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
Unless checkout says otherwise or the law requires it, fees are non-refundable once access has been granted or a billing period has begun, because the service is delivered digitally and immediately.
Refunds beyond what the law requires are at the sole discretion of Snip Trader's owner and are decided case by case. Asking for a refund doesn't guarantee one, and granting a refund once doesn't create a right to refunds in other cases.
12. Canceling
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, with no phone call, waiting period, or fee. Sign in, open your billing page, and cancel in a couple of clicks. If anything gets in the way, email sniptrader.contact@gmail.com and we'll cancel it for you.
Canceling stops all future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and nothing more is billed after that.
If you're on a trial and cancel before it ends, you won't be charged the regular price. The trial end date and the amount you'd otherwise pay are shown at checkout and on your billing page.
Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring billing, so there's nothing to cancel.
13. Fair use
Every paid plan, Lifetime included, covers up to 30 chart scans a day (a rolling 24 hours). That's well beyond what one person trading needs; the limit is there to stop automated or shared use.
Free and guest scans are limited to 40 a day for the same reason. If you reach a limit, scanning opens up again as the 24 hours roll over.
14. Refunds
We want billing to be fair. If something went wrong, whether an unexpected charge, a cancellation you meant to make, or the product not working for you, email sniptrader.contact@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and tell us what happened. We review each request individually and aim to be as fair as we can.
Requests sent within 7 days of the charge are the most likely to be approved. We may consider later requests at our discretion but can't promise an outcome.
Emailing us first is almost always quicker than opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Disputes can take weeks; a support email is usually answered, and refunded where appropriate, much sooner.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor and normally arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.
15. Service availability
We work to keep Snip Trader fast and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every device, browser, charting platform, or screenshot.
We may update, pause, limit, remove, or change parts of the service at any time, and may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or product changes.
16. Intellectual property
Snip Trader, including its website, interface, brand, logos, design, code, features, models, copy, graphics, and overall experience, belongs to Snip Trader or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Snip Trader without written permission, except where the law allows.
17. Disclaimers
Snip Trader is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability.
We don't guarantee that Snip Trader will find profitable trades, prevent losses, improve your results, or produce accurate analysis in every case. Trading outcomes depend on many things outside our control.
18. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Snip Trader and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, lost data, missed opportunities, business interruption, or account losses.
You use the service at your own risk and are responsible for your financial decisions, including whether to enter, exit, size, skip, or change any trade.
To the maximum extent the law allows, your only remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using Snip Trader.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Snip Trader and its operators, owners, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, and partners from any claims, disputes, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your trading, your misuse of results, your uploads, or disputes between you and a third party.
20. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to Snip Trader or these Terms will be settled only by binding individual arbitration in the State of [State], not in court, except where the law forbids this or where either side brings a qualifying claim in small claims court.
You waive any right to take part in a class action, class arbitration, representative action, or collective proceeding against Snip Trader. Claims may be brought only individually.
These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of [State] and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the place you live must apply.
21. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to Snip Trader if we believe you broke these Terms, put the platform at risk, misused the service, harmed other users, broke the law, or created a security concern.
You may stop using Snip Trader at any time. Some parts of these Terms continue after your access ends, including ownership rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute terms.
22. Assumption of risk and release
By buying, subscribing to, accessing, or using Snip Trader, you confirm that you understand and willingly accept all risk that comes with trading and with using the service, that you accept these Terms in full, and that you release Snip Trader from liability as far as the law allows.
You trade at your own risk.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. For material changes, we may also give notice on the website, by email, or by another reasonable method.
If you keep using Snip Trader after updated Terms take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
