1. What this disclosure covers

This Risk Disclosure covers your purchase and use of Snip Trader: chart scans, verdicts and trade breakdowns, scores, lessons, and every related feature. It sits alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Compliance page and does not replace them.

You are asked to read and accept this disclosure before purchasing a Snip Trader plan.

02

2. Snip Trader is not your adviser, broker, or fiduciary

Snip Trader is software. We are not a broker, dealer, investment or financial adviser, portfolio manager, fund, custodian, exchange, signal service, or fiduciary, and we owe you no duty of care, loyalty, best execution, or suitability.

Nothing the product shows you, including entries, stops, targets, reward-to-risk figures, scores, options context, or written explanations, is personal investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. All of it is for education and information only.

03

3. Every decision is yours

Snip Trader never places orders, links to your brokerage, holds your money, or acts for you. You decide whether to trade, what to trade, when to get in and out, how much to risk, and where to do it.

Snip Trader reads the screenshot you give it. It does not pick trades for you, and showing a setup is not a recommendation to take it.

04

4. The analysis can be wrong

Snip Trader relies on automated systems, trained models, and technical-analysis methods. They can misread a chart, get the ticker or timeframe wrong, miss important levels, overlook news and events, rely on outdated or partial information, or produce a read that no longer fits the live market.

A screenshot is a single moment. By the time you act, price, spreads, liquidity, and context may all have moved. Check every result against live data and your own research before you decide anything.

05

5. You can lose money, including all of it

Trading stocks, options, ETFs, futures, crypto, and other financial products carries substantial risk. You can lose part or all of the money you put at risk. Options can expire worthless, wiping out the premium you paid, and selling options can expose you to further and sometimes unlimited losses.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose completely.

No promise of profit

Snip Trader does not promise profits, win rates, accuracy, or trading success to anyone, on any setup, at any time.

06

6. Past results don't predict future ones

Historical figures, backtests, win rates, examples, demos, and testimonials shown by Snip Trader describe what already happened, not what will. Backtested and historical results have built-in limits, and real trading differs because of slippage, spreads, fees, liquidity, timing, and your own choices.

Results differ widely from person to person. What happened to other users, good or bad, tells you nothing about what will happen to you.

07

7. How any performance figures are produced

If Snip Trader shows win rates or similar performance figures, they come from internal testing, such as replaying historical charts candle by candle and scanning a broad mix of scenarios, timeframes, market conditions, and asset classes. We refresh these figures as new testing is completed, so they can change over time.

Figures produced this way are hypothetical. They don't reflect live trading and carry every limitation described above. A tested win rate is not a promise of accuracy or profit for anyone.

08

8. Simulated and example content

Some examples, scan results, breakdowns, statistics, win rates, performance numbers, testimonials, activity notifications, screenshots, and other illustrative material shown by Snip Trader, whether in marketing, onboarding, or previews, may be simulated, hypothetical, representative, or made for demonstration, design, testing, education, or promotion.

Do not read that material as real customer results, proven profitability, or live trading outcomes. Real results vary a great deal and can include losses.

09

9. You are responsible for every trade

Each trade you make is yours: placed in your name, through your broker, with your money. You alone are responsible for the outcome, for any taxes, and for following the laws, rules, and broker terms that apply where you live.

Except where the law says otherwise, Snip Trader is not liable for any trade, loss, missed opportunity, inaccurate analysis, or other result of decisions you make while using the service.

10

10. Acceptance

When you complete a purchase at checkout, where this disclosure is linked beside the purchase button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted it; that you understand Snip Trader is an educational analysis tool and not a financial adviser; and that you take full responsibility for your own trading decisions.

You knowingly accept all risk that comes with trading and release Snip Trader from liability as far as the law allows. You trade at your own risk.

Trading involves risk. Read the risk disclosure first.

Snip Trader provides chart analysis for education and information. It does not give investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, is not a broker-dealer or investment adviser, and does not execute trades. Verdicts, levels, and scores describe what a chart shows; they are not recommendations to buy or sell any security and do not predict future prices. Trading carries a risk of loss, and with some products that loss can exceed what you put in. Every decision is your own.
