1. Overview
This page sets out the main risk disclosures, product limits, and user responsibilities that apply to Snip Trader. Its purpose is to make clear what Snip Trader is, what it isn't, and how to use it sensibly.
Snip Trader offers educational chart analysis. It does not provide brokerage services, carry out trades, manage money, hold assets, or act as a financial adviser.
2. For education and information only
Everything Snip Trader produces is for education and information. It can help explain what a chart may be showing, where the risk in a setup might sit, and how a trade could be structured.
Think of Snip Trader as a research aid, not a financial professional. Use your own judgment, and speak with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
3. Not an adviser, broker, or signal service
Snip Trader is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, exchange, market maker, money manager, research firm, or signal provider.
Snip Trader does not give personal investment advice, execute or route orders, hold client money, manage portfolios, recommend securities based on your circumstances, or promise any trading result.
Examples, setups, levels, targets, stops, and options ideas are software-generated educational content. They are not instructions to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, or trade any instrument.
4. Market risk
Trading and investing are risky. Stocks, options, ETFs, futures, crypto, and other products can move fast and without warning, and you can lose money, including everything you invested.
Past performance, backtests, historical patterns, and model output do not guarantee future results. A setup that worked before can fail in live conditions.
- Prices can gap up or down with no warning.
- Stop orders may fill at worse prices than expected.
- Volatility can spike suddenly.
- Liquidity can dry up.
- News, earnings, economic data, rating changes, and macro events can break a chart setup.
- A screenshot can leave out information that matters.
- Options can expire worthless.
5. Options risk
Options are complex and carry high risk. Any options context Snip Trader shows is for education only. Options can lose value quickly because of price moves, time decay, volatility shifts, spreads, liquidity, assignment, and expiration.
Don't trade options unless you understand how they work, including calls, puts, strikes, expiration, implied volatility, bid/ask spreads, exercise, assignment, and the chance of losing everything.
Before trading options, read the official options risk disclosures from your broker and other reliable educational sources.
Buying an option can cost you the full premium you paid. Selling options can bring additional, and sometimes large, risks.
6. Limits of AI and automated analysis
Snip Trader may use automated systems, trained models, technical indicators, chart recognition, and other software. These tools are useful but imperfect.
They can misread a chart, miss a level, identify the wrong ticker, misjudge the timeframe, overlook news, ignore liquidity, use stale context, or produce analysis that doesn't fit your plan.
Always review, verify, and compare AI output with your own research before acting on it.
7. No profit guarantees
Snip Trader does not guarantee profits, returns, win rates, accuracy, lower risk, or market success. Marketing, examples, screenshots, and demos are illustrations, not promises.
A confident-looking analysis can still be wrong, and the market can move against any setup. Every trade remains your responsibility.
8. Your responsibilities
It is up to you to decide whether Snip Trader suits your goals, experience, risk tolerance, finances, and location.
You are also responsible for checking the analysis yourself, managing risk properly, understanding your order types, confirming live prices, and making sure anything you do is permitted by your broker and local law.
- Do your own research before every trade.
- Check the current price, spread, volume, news, earnings dates, and overall market.
- Size positions to match your risk tolerance.
- Never risk money you can't afford to lose.
- Don't treat Snip Trader as your only source of information.
9. Screenshot quality matters
The quality of Snip Trader's analysis depends heavily on what you upload. Blurry, heavily cropped, outdated, or incomplete screenshots can produce weaker results.
For the best read, include the ticker, timeframe, candles, current price area, major levels, and enough history to show context.
If important information is missing from the screenshot, the output may be incomplete or wrong.
10. Following the law
You must follow every law, rule, regulation, exchange policy, broker agreement, tax obligation, and account restriction that applies to your use of Snip Trader and to your trading.
Snip Trader does not determine whether a trade, strategy, account type, tax treatment, or product is legal, suitable, or available where you live.
11. Marketing and performance content
Examples, testimonials, simulated scans, demo trades, activity notifications, hypothetical scenarios, and performance-related content are illustrations only. They may not reflect real trading results and should not be taken as typical, expected, or guaranteed.
References to historical patterns, backtests, or model performance are not promises that live markets will behave the same way. Real execution differs because of slippage, liquidity, spreads, fees, delays, volatility, and individual behavior.
12. Support is not financial advice
Snip Trader support can help with your account, bugs, billing, scan problems, and product questions. Support cannot tell you whether to buy, sell, hold, short, size, hedge, or enter any trade.
Anything support tells you about how the product works is not financial advice or a trade recommendation.
13. Changes to this page
We may revise this page as the product changes, as features are added, or as legal and regulatory expectations shift.
If you keep using Snip Trader after a revision, you are acknowledging the latest disclosures on this page.
